What everyone asks
How much does an app for my business cost?
You don’t pay for development: you pay a monthly fee, everything included. €59 a month, or €41 a month on the 12-month plan; for hotels and B&Bs, €69 or €48. No activation fee and no percentage on what you sell. Separately, only if you want them: loading your content, if we do it for you, and your own domain, €100 one-off.

Do customers have to download an app from a store?
No. They scan the QR, follow the on-screen steps, and in a few seconds the app is on their phone, with your icon. No App Store, no account, no password.
Does it work for bars, restaurants, hotels, wineries and shops?
Yes: Telaio is an app for business, and each kind has its own template, ready to go: restaurant, bar, hotel, B&B and mountain huts, winery, shops and sellers. The pages change (the menu, the rooms, the wines, the products); the offers, the loyalty card and the notifications are in all of them.
How soon can it be ready?
As soon as today. Your logo and colours are all it takes: you get the app already built, with every area in place, and you fill it in at your own pace from your phone (or your computer), whenever you like. If you’d rather we fill it in for you, it’s ready in 2 to 5 days: that’s a separate job, at a price agreed beforehand.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancelling is free and carries no penalty: cancel with one click in your Manager, or message us and we stop the renewal for you. You owe nothing. No multi-year contract and no minimum term.
How does the digital loyalty card work?
Every offer you create that a customer uses from the app earns them a point: no stamps and no paper cards. You decide the rewards, and how many points each one takes; after the last reward the card starts again from zero. It works with the app installed, with no name or email, and if the customer changes phone they get it back with their personal code. It’s your own loyalty app, with no cards to print.
