App for hotels and B&Bs Your website sells the stay.
This app serves the guest.

A direct line to the people sleeping under your roof tonight: a guest app for hotels with your name on it, already in the guest’s phone. It doesn’t replace your website: it does the job your website can’t.

The fair objection

“I already have a website, and it looks great on a phone.”

True. And we’re not here to redo your website: many hotels’ websites are already very well made and work perfectly. But the website and the app do two different jobs, and today nobody covers one of them.

What it’s forSelling the stayServing the guest

A website is there to get them to come. The app is there to look after them once they have.

It isn’t a contest: the app is a piece that’s missing today.

A fundamental point

The three things a website cannot do, and isn’t built to do

Tap them on the shoulder

“Tonight at 6 pm, aperitivo on the terrace”, and it reaches everyone staying with you. A website waits to be visited: it can never take the initiative. This is the real reason; everything else comes after.

You change it, in thirty seconds

An agency built the website: to change the breakfast time you send an email and wait. That’s why no hotel website has the day’s information: not because it isn’t needed, but because keeping it updated takes too much time.

It’s already in the phone

Your icon is on the guest’s phone, next to their other apps: one tap and they’re in. No more searching for the hotel on Google or digging out a link. Over a week’s stay, it’s the difference between never opening it and opening it every day.

What you can put in the app

The things that change every day.

Today’s programme

Entertainment, excursions, evening events: what’s pinned on the noticeboard today can be read by whoever is in their room.

Times that shift

Breakfast, pool, shuttle, spa. You change them, and the guest sees them straight away.

Offers and extras

Massages, bike hire, dinner on the terrace, a front-row beach umbrella: offered at the right moment.

Gift, don’t discount

A glass at the bar, breakfast in the room. It costs you little, but the guest remembers it.

Automatic "Welcome" offer

Whoever opens the app for the first time finds a small gift: an aperitivo, a coffee, a late check-out.

Automatic "Come back and see us" offer

Once the welcome gift is used, the app offers a second one by itself: a massage, a dinner, a discount on the next booking. You choose what to offer and when: straight away, after a day or after a week.

Loyalty Card

Reward those who come back: a point for every offer or event used, and the prize you choose when they reach the goal.

Extra pages

The spa, bike hire, excursions: we add every extra page for you, inside «Services», named as you like.

  • Each one has its own page, with text, photos, prices and opening times.
  • And on every item a PDF or photo to open: the week’s programme, the excursion flyer.

Recommended by us

Your app has a page with the places you recommend to your guests: a restaurant, a winery, a shop, an outing. Up to three on the Home too.

  • Venues on Telaio are already there, nearest first: one tap and they are on your list. A place that is not on Telaio you add yourself, with a photo, text and address.
  • Other Telaio venues can recommend your hotel too: you can return the favour, and prepare an offer just for people who come from them.
  • You see how many people open each card. It is included in the fee, and if you would rather not appear in other apps, you switch it off.

Need help?

If you get stuck, we are one tap away in the Manager.

  • You message us on WhatsApp, with your question already written.
  • Or you book a half-hour video call with us, whenever it suits you.
  • And next to every panel you can have the «?» with the step-by-step guide.
Notifications

The direct line to whoever is in your property right now

You write it from your phone whenever you like, or load it on Tuesday and it goes out by itself on Thursday at 6 pm. It arrives with your hotel’s name and icon, with no middleman in between.

ArrivalThu 9 JulyDepartureSun 19 July
A notification from Hotel Cesare Augusto on an iPhone lock screen
Who is in your property right now

The guest tells you when they arrive and when they leave.

They open the app and find a line asking for the dates of their stay. Two taps and they’re done. They don’t leave their name, they don’t leave an email, they don’t create any account: just arrival and departure.

  • From that moment the app knows who is sleeping at your place tonight. Tonight’s message reaches only them, not somebody who stayed with you in July.
  • The dates can still be changed: the guest corrects them whenever they like, and if they extend their stay they reopen the same line and change them.
  • It’s the key to everything that follows. The messages that go out by themselves and the review request exist only for guests who have entered their dates.

No guest register, no signup, no list for you to look after. Two dates, written by the guest.

The five notifications that go by themselves

You write them once. Then they run by themselves, guest by guest.

They’re not simply five notifications: they’re five moments. Each one lands on the right day for THAT guest, based on their dates. You write them one evening, calmly, and never think about them again. They go out automatically when needed.

The day before they arrive

“See you tomorrow. Check-in is from 2 pm, and if you get here earlier the car park is already open.” It reaches them while they’re packing, which is when it’s useful.

The day they arrive

“Welcome. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, your beach umbrella is number 42.” They don’t have to ask reception anything, and you don’t repeat it thirty times a day.

The last evening

The last night they sleep at your place, not the morning they leave. It’s the moment when they’re still on holiday, and still happy.

The day after they leave

The review request, a few hours after the stay has ended.

A few months later

“We look forward to seeing you again next year.” It goes out months after departure, so for each guest it falls on a different day: their own.

Every guest receives each of the five notifications only once, in the language of their phone. You switch them on one by one: the ones you don’t need or would rather not use, you can turn off with a tap in the Manager.

Reviews

You ask for it on the day they leave, not three weeks later.

Reviews come from guests who are asked while the stay is still fresh. On the day they leave they open the app one last time and the request is there; and the next morning, if they missed it, the message reaches them.

  • You choose where to send them, Google or Tripadvisor, and paste your address just once. If you don’t know where to find it, the app explains it in three steps.
  • A banner appears on the guest’s Home from the day of departure, and stays there for two weeks. One tap and your page opens, ready to go.
  • It appears only once per stay, and it can be closed. Then it never appears again. It’s a favour you’re asking, and a favour you can’t refuse is a nuisance.
  • And the morning after departure the notification arrives too, for those who haven’t opened the app again.
Everyone is asked the same way, with no prizes, no discounts and nothing in return. It’s what Google and Tripadvisor require.
Your hotel’s weather

The weather, inside your own colours.

At the top of the app, in the band that carries your name, today’s sky: clear, sun and cloud, overcast, rain, storm or snow. The sun crosses the sky from dawn to dusk and changes colour as it climbs, the stars come on three quarters of an hour after it sets, and the snow settles along the bottom of the band.

  • Below it is the stay strip: your town, the temperature right now, and one box for every day the guest spends with you. They tap one and it opens everything the weather service knows about that day: rain, wind, gusts, humidity, cloud, UV, pressure, hour by hour.
  • You decide, from day one. You switch it on or off from your own app whenever you like: if you don’t want it, it doesn’t exist and the guest sees nothing. And the guest can turn it off too, from their own settings.
  • There’s a “there’s snow” tick that only you can set. No weather service knows whether there’s really snow in your village, because the nearest reading almost always comes from hundreds of metres higher up: you’re the one with the answer, looking out of the window. Tick it and the layer of snow appears.
The data comes from the Norwegian meteorological service: no advertising, and no cost that comes back to you.
What does the app become?

A concierge that never goes off duty.

What the guest would have asked at reception (what time breakfast is, where to park, what a sunbed by the pool costs, how to get into town) is already in their pocket, written out in full. And where it helps, one tap starts a call to reception, to book with a real person.

  • Every room with its own photos and details. Every service with its own hours. The pool, the restaurant, the spa, the bar: each with its own page, not a line inside a PDF. All from the same app.
  • When something changes (the pool closed for maintenance, breakfast running half an hour later on Sundays) you change it from the Manager app on your phone (or from a computer, if you prefer) and the guest sees it at once. Nothing to reprint, and nobody has to come and ask.
  • And if it’s something they need to know now, you send it. A notification reaches their phone even with the app closed, on the lock screen, with your hotel’s name on it: the aperitivo on the terrace at 6 pm, the shuttle leaving at 9, the pool open again. Send it now or schedule it for Friday morning, and until it goes out you can still change it or cancel it.
The rooms
The services
Events and offers
The rooms

The app doesn’t sell rooms: it presents them and takes guests to book on your website.

Every Room page has the button that takes guests to your website, in their language. The app doesn’t replace the website and doesn’t try to beat it: it sends people its way.

  • Rooms and services in Italian, English and German, with your photos.
  • Nobody on holiday reads twenty-two pages: on a phone you need five things, reachable with one tap.
  • The rest stays on your website, and the app takes you there with one tap.
And afterwards

A direct line that doesn’t end when the guest leaves.

A guest who ends their stay leaves with your app on their phone. They know how to find you again, without searching for you on Google.

  • If you want, you keep in touch: Christmas greetings, the spring offer, the August evening. Notifications you decide on and schedule whenever you like, arriving with your hotel’s name, and which the guest can switch off whenever they want.
  • It’s your direct line to the guest, one that doesn’t go through a portal or anyone else’s service.
What your guest sees

How it reaches the phone

No App Store, no sign-up.

The guest scans a QR and ten seconds later has your app installed, with your hotel’s icon. They leave no personal data: no name, email or phone. No account, nothing to download.

At check-in

A card with the QR handed over with the key. That’s the moment their hands are free and they’re listening.

In the room

The card on the bedside table or in the folder, for those who didn’t do it at reception.

On the WiFi page

Anyone looking for the password passes through there anyway: it’s the most-viewed spot in the hotel.

Try it now

Scan it. Ten seconds later it’s in your hand.

Nothing to download, no signup: point your phone at the QR and open a hotel demo. Then picture it with your name on it: for your guests, the best hotel app is the one from the hotel they’re staying in.

Or open the demo from here
Your own QR code

Not the usual black square. The QR becomes yours too.

Your logo in the middle + your hotel’s colour. On the card in the room and on the one at reception, it’s clearly about your hotel before the guest even scans it.

  • The app prepares it by itself, using your logo, your colours and your details. You don’t have to design anything, and there’s no need to call a designer if you change your details. The app updates it by itself.
  • We give it to you in two forms: the PDF a print shop can print directly, and an A4 sheet with crop marks, if you’d rather print it at home and cut it out yourself.
  • It stays valid for ever. Change the rooms, the prices, the photos and the times whenever you like: the QR is always the same, and what you’ve already printed never dies.
Hotel Cesare AugustoHotel Cesare AugustoScan it: it opens the hotel demo.
Pane & VinoPane & VinoAnother venue, another colour, same style.
No signal

It opens even without a connection.

A web page needs the network every time it opens. Your app doesn’t: once the guest has it on their phone, the times and the information are already inside.

  • In a room at the end of the corridor, in the tavern, in a lift, in the middle of two hundred people all using their phones: they open it and read it anyway.
  • And as soon as the signal is back it updates itself: if you moved breakfast half an hour ago, they already find the new time.

It’s the difference between an app the guest feels is theirs and a page that only works when there’s signal.

Management

The control panel? Your phone.

No computer, no management software, no emails to the agency or the graphic designer: an app just for you and whoever you choose. Today’s programme, the times, the offers, the events, the notifications: you run it all from there, even from reception.

  • Change the breakfast time while you’re at reception.
  • Load tomorrow’s programme in two minutes.
  • Send a notification to everyone sleeping here tonight.

Instagram and Facebook

The app writes the post. You only choose where it goes.

You have already written the offer, already uploaded the photo of the room, already set the price. So why type it all again inside Instagram, and then again inside Facebook? Tap Share at the foot of the card and the post is ready, with the photograph already attached.

  • One tap, on the card you have just filled in. The button sits at the foot of every offer, event, room and service. The title, the date written out in full, your own words, the price and the deal reserved for people with the app: the post assembles itself out of what was already there.
  • You see it before it leaves. The text and the photograph appear in front of you, and you can correct the text right there: what goes out is what you read.
  • The photo is the one your guest sees, taken from the card without hunting for it. And if the phone cannot fetch it, it says so, instead of quietly publishing a post with no picture.
  • Then your phone's own share menu opens and you pick: Instagram, Facebook, X, WhatsApp, or any other app you have installed.
  • You paste the caption yourself, and that’s their rule, not ours. Instagram and Facebook don’t let an app write the caption for you: it applies to everyone, even the services that charge you for it. That’s why the text also lands on your clipboard: press and hold the field and tap Paste.

No agency, no publishing software, no extra cost: the service is included in your subscription.

You don’t have to do it all yourself

To each their own access

The entertainer updates today’s programme. The chef changes the menu. The lifeguard writes that the pool reopens at 3 pm. You’re not the switchboard, and you don’t give anyone the keys to the house.

  • For each area you can switch on a personal access and the app creates a six-digit code. You send it to your manager, the entertainer, the chef… they type it in once, and they’re in their own management area.
  • Whoever comes in with the code sees only their own area: no statistics, no settings, no other area of the app. You stay in control of everything else.
  • You switch it off whenever you like and from that moment the code opens nothing. At the end of the season it all closes in a minute.
And while an area is in somebody’s hands, your own panel for it closes: one person writes at a time, so nobody overwrites another’s work without either of them noticing.
Inside the statistics

Stop deciding “by feel”.

A hotelier already has the answers in their head, but they’re impressions: “I think we’re getting more Germans”, “the Thursday aperitivo seems to work”. Here they become numbers, on your phone, without asking anyone.

  • You stop printing what nobody uses. You can see which QR actually gets scanned: if the card in the room does ten times the one at reception, you know which to back next time you go to the printer.
  • You catch the customers you were about to lose. The Loyalty Card chart shows how many cards are a single point from a prize: a word at reception and they come back.
  • You find out which language to speak. If forty per cent of the phones are in German and you write breakfast in Italian only, you have just found out, rather than in two seasons’ time.
  • You know the messages really went. The five automatic notifications keep their own day-by-day diary, and when one does not go it tells you why: the text was missing, or its hour had not come.
1/7

Your guests

How many phones carry your app, how many get your notifications, how many arrived this week. And the languages they actually speak, which are not always the ones you expect.

Your guests
We count phones, not people: a guest who opens the app on a phone and on a tablet counts twice. And the languages are the phone’s language, not nationality. It says so above the numbers inside the app too: a figure that explains itself is a figure you can trust.
How you start

Two roads. You choose.

There isn’t one single offer: you can have it today and fill it in at your own pace, or have it delivered already complete with all the content.

Road 1

You fill it in

You have it today

We hand you the app already built, with every area and sub-area in place and sample content to replace. You see the finished shape immediately.

Then you fill it in when you like, from your phone. For people who have the time, and for people who want to touch it before they trust it.

Nothing extra: just the subscription.
Loading the content is separate work.

Not the subscription: that one is identical for everyone. The loading, though, depends on how many rooms you have, how many languages you need and how much material there is to carry over: a four-room B&B and a thirty-four-room hotel are not the same job. We look at your website together and give you the figure before we start: fixed, agreed, no surprises at the end.

One thing said up front rather than afterwards: we carry the content over exactly as it stands on your website. We don’t correct it and we don’t rewrite it. If you find a mistake later we’ll fix it, and that’s counted separately.

Costs

A clear price. Everything included.

  • Building and branding the app (name, logo, colours, icon).
  • Unlimited rooms and services.
  • Italian, English and German (and other languages if you need them).
  • Today’s programme, opening times and practical information.
  • Offers, welcome gifts and a Loyalty Card.
  • Notifications, scheduled ones included, and the five messages that go by themselves.
  • The review request, on Google or Tripadvisor.
  • Staff codes, one area each.
  • Seasonal and day closures: the guest sees them the moment they open the app.
  • Print materials carrying your logo, in two versions: the file a print shop accepts as it is, and an A4 sheet with crop marks. The pieces for the room and for reception are ready straight away.
  • Statistics updated in real time.
  • Installation and going live.
  • Support: send us a message, or book a video call with us from the Manager.
  • Free cancellation whenever you want, with one click in your Manager, or message us and we stop the renewal for you.

No activation fee: your app online with your name and colours, every area in place, and the QR codes ready to print.

And you’re never on your own: there’s a real person on the other end, in English.

No percentage on your guests. Ever. Start and cancel whenever you like, with no multi-year contract and no penalty.

Final prices, no hidden costs. Separately, only if you want them: your own domain (€100 one-off) and loading the content, if we do it.
New: your app on Google

And now your app gets found on Google.

You already keep the app up to date yourself, from your phone. Those same words become your pages on Google, in the languages you wrote them in, and they update themselves. You never write anything twice.

  • Your app’s pages reach Google on their own, in the languages you wrote them in.
  • Address, phone number and stars reach Google exactly as Google wants them, taken from your hotel’s details: the ones you keep up to date in the Manager, not those of whoever pays the subscription.
  • The QR works just as before. There are two ways into the app, the QR and Google, and you switch the second one on and off whenever you like.

You’ve already written the words

You put the name, the description and the photos in your app yourself. Those same words become the page. You never write anything twice, and you don’t pay anyone to rewrite it.

It updates itself

You change the hotel’s description from your phone and the page changes with it. No agency to call, no quote just to move a line.

Your details, not a directory’s

Address, phone number and stars reach Google exactly as Google wants them, taken from your hotel’s details: the ones you keep up to date, not the ones stuck for three years on some portal.

Your own page, not a portal’s

Someone searching for you opens a page with your photos, your words and your colours, and a big button to open the app. Not a list where you are fourth, between two competitors.

On your own domain, if you want it

With your own address (app.yourhotel.com, €100 one-off) anyone arriving from Google reads your hotel’s name and nothing else. Without it, everything works the same way on our address.

You switch Google SEO on and off

It starts switched off. You switch it on and off whenever you like: just tell us. It is one more door that you open, not something you are stuck with.

Google takes its time, in both directions: a few weeks to appear after you switch it on, and as many to disappear after you switch it off. And we don’t promise you a ranking, because nobody controls that. We promise you the pages.
Your own address

The app can live on your hotel’s domain.

Your app starts out on an address of ours, yourhotel.studiocorocher.com. For €100 one-off we move it to yours: app.yourhotel.com. From that day the card in the room, the QR at check-in and the card at reception carry your hotel’s name, and ours doesn’t appear anywhere.

€100 one-off
  • All it takes is adding one line to your domain’s settings (a DNS record). Your website and your email aren’t touched and nothing stops, not even for a minute. We send whoever manages your domain the exact line to add: two minutes of work.
  • The old address stays live for ever. Everything you have already printed keeps working: no reprint, no dead QR code, no cards to throw away.
  • We request the security certificate (the padlock in the browser bar) and we renew it. You have nothing to maintain and nothing that expires on you in a year.
  • If you don’t know where to start, we take care of it: we talk directly to whoever manages your domain. That’s exactly what the €100 is for.
You pay once and that’s it: no renewal, no extra fee, nothing that comes back every year. And it isn’t compulsory: if you stay on our address, your app is identical in every way.
Word of Mouth

Bring a colleague, get a month free every year

Every Telaio client has a personal code from day one. You send it to a colleague with one tap on WhatsApp:

  • Your colleague joins with your code on the founders’ terms (a reserved price + 1 month free)
  • You get one free month every year, as long as they stay subscribed
  • Up to twelve free months a year
The question to ask yourself

One, and an honest one.

“If I could send a message to everyone sleeping here tonight, would I use it? What would I have sent last week?”

If an answer has already come to mind (the shuttle that changed, the pool closed for cleaning, the barbecue on the terrace, it snowed and the lifts are open), then Telaio is for you. If instead you think “no, we tell them at reception”, tell us: we’ll tell you the same, and we won’t sell you anything.

Do the maths

In 30 seconds you’ll know its real impact.

Put your numbers in and watch your estimated takings build line by line. The numbers stay on this page: only you can see them, and they aren’t saved.
At the end you see how much Telaio really weighs on your takings, and how little it takes to pay for it.

Frequently asked questions

What everyone asks

Do I have to redo my website?

No, and we don’t touch it. Your site keeps doing its job: getting found and selling the stay. The app does the other one: looking after the guest while they’re with you. Every room page even carries a button back to that room on your own site.

Who already uses it?

In Bibione, Hotel Cesare Augusto, Hotel Lido Bibione Beach and Hotel Principe; in Val di Fassa, Hotel Fontana, in Vigo di Fassa, and Cèsa Planber, in Canazei; in Pian del Cansiglio, Rifugio Alpino Vallorch. Each with its own app for hotels, under its own name.

Does it replace my property management system (PMS)?

No, and it doesn’t connect to it: it works alongside. Bookings stay on your website and in your management system; the app holds rooms, services, times and the day’s news, which you write from the Manager. The guest enters the dates of their stay, if they want to, and they’re used to send the right messages on the right days.

Do I have to write all the rooms myself?

Only if you want to. You can have it today already built and fill it in from your phone at your own pace, or give us your website address and get it back full in two to five days, in three languages, in which case you write nothing. Loading the content is separate work, at a figure agreed before we start.

How much does it cost? Does it cost more if I have more rooms?

€69 a month, or €48 a month on the 12-month plan, and it’s the same whether you have six rooms or two hundred: it is the same app and it costs us the same to run. The only thing that depends on your size is loading the content, if we do it, and you know that figure before we start. The subscription does not grow because you do. The Founder offer is still available (get in touch for details).

Does it work for B&Bs, farm stays and mountain huts?

Yes. B&Bs and mountain huts have a template of their own: rooms like a hotel and a menu like a restaurant. A farm stay takes whichever is closest: with rooms, like a B&B; with only a kitchen, like a restaurant.

Does the guest have to download an app from the store?

No. They scan the QR, follow the on-screen steps, and in a few seconds the app is on the phone, with your hotel’s icon. No App Store, no account, no password.

What languages does it speak?

The app speaks eight: Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese and Japanese, and switches itself to the language of the guest’s phone. IMPORTANT: your rooms and your services (and your content in general) read in the languages you write them in; if we load the content for you, normally in Italian, English and German. Where a translation is missing, the English shows, and if that’s missing too, the Italian.

What if the guest has no signal in the room?

It still works. Once installed, the app opens even without a connection: the information stays on the phone. A website, at that moment, doesn’t open.

Do you collect our guests’ data?

Absolutely not. It’s one of our strengths, and one of the things we’re proudest of. There’s no signup and no personal data collected: no name, email or phone. There’s no list to look after.

Who updates the hotel welcome book every day?

Whoever you like, from their phone, in thirty seconds, even from reception. No computer needed, and no need to call an agency.

How does it ask for reviews?

With an automatic message (if you set it up), the day after departure, which reaches guests who entered the dates of their stay in the app and have notifications on. It thanks them and takes them with one tap to your page on Google or Tripadvisor (or wherever you prefer to get reviews). You switch it on yourself, with a personalised message. It offers nothing in return and reaches everyone, not just the happiest guests, as Google’s and Tripadvisor’s rules require: so you don’t risk penalties.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes. Cancelling is free and carries no penalty: cancel with one click in your Manager, or message us and we stop the renewal for you. You owe nothing. No multi-year contract and no minimum term.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both, and on a computer too. It doesn’t go through the app stores, so it updates itself, for everyone, straight away.
